When we meet, you can discuss with us the type of help that you require and we will make an assessment of care needs if applicable. We will also take the time to discuss with you your interests and likes/dislikes so that we can match up a careworker that you can chat to. We will explain to you the costs and processes and agree a start date if you wish to go ahead.
We will then give you a welcome pack to look through, this will give you plenty of information and time to consider whether you have any questions that you would like to ask us before we start our service. We are able to support and guide family members in making the best decisions for a family members care. The service will be under constant review so that we are giving the right amount of support.
